Welcome Event

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: For the ladies, this means cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, etc. We're going for a fun spring vibe so avoid dark colors if possible. For the guys, jackets and slacks (ties are optional). Again, think fun spring vibes.

We will have light bites and drinks to welcome everyone to our wedding weekend. Transportation will not be provided so please plan accordingly and carpool if possible. Ride shares are limited in the valley.

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Formal Attire: We want to see you dressed up! Floor length/midi dresses are encouraged. Floral prints and pastels compliment the venue. Suits and ties/bowties in dark or light hues are okay!

A few things to note, 1. All guests are REQUIRED to arrive by shuttle. Please be on the shuttle before it departs. Pick up locations and times below, Hotel Corque: 3:05pm Shuttle Arrives at Hotel 3:20pm Shuttle Departure to Ceremony Site Fess Parker Inn: 3:05pm Shuttle Arrives at Hotel 3:20pm Shuttle Departure to Ceremony Site Buses will take everyone to cocktail hour following the ceremony. If you miss the shuttle or have any questions please text our planner Erika (925) 699-3292. 2. Parts of our wedding venue has grass and decomposed granite pathways, which you may want to consider when choosing your footwear. I.e. skinny heels could be challenging.
