The ceremony will be held at the beautiful Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel and the reception will follow at the stunning Castillo de Batress. For addresses and further details, please visit our "Schedule" tab!
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to ensure you're settled in and ready for the big moment. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere before the ceremony begins.
Yes! We’ve arranged buses to take guests from the church to the reception venue, departing at 1:00 PM. The same buses will depart the venue at 11:00 PM to return. If you wish to leave earlier, taxis and Uber are readily available, and we’ll help you with arrangements if needed.
For those planning to drive, please note that parking in front of the Basílica Pontificia de San Miguel will NOT be available. We recommend taking an Uber/Taxi from your hotel to the church, as parking in Madrid Centro can be tricky. If you prefer to drive to the reception venue (Castillo de Batres), there will be parking available on-site.
Yes! Our celebration is Garden Black Tie, formal, but with a relaxed, romantic twist. Think tuxedos or dark suits for the gentlemen, and elegant dresses for the ladies, with fabrics and colors that feel festive and fresh. Since the ceremony takes place in a church, we kindly ask everyone to dress respectfully (shawls or blazers are perfect for strapless or shorter looks). For more inspiration, check out the Dress Code tab!
Please RSVP by June 10th, 2025. Since the wedding is taking place in Spain, some logistics work a bit differently than they might back home in the U.S., from final headcounts for the venues to seating arrangements and transportation planning, every detail counts. Your timely response will help us make sure everything runs smoothly and that you’re taken care of every step of the way. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the guest list and seating arrangements.
If your invitation includes a plus one, feel free to bring them along! If you're unsure, please check with us to confirm.

October in Madrid can be a bit unpredictable, with temperatures ranging from warm to cooler days. While you can expect some sunny and pleasant weather, it can also get chilly in the evenings. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast as the date gets closer and always bring a light sweater or jacket just in case. Comfortable shoes are a must for exploring the city! We'll keep you updated as the date approaches.
Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, and we’ll make sure you have a delicious meal that fits your needs.
