Dress Code

Answer

The dress code is cocktail to formal. Since our ceremony is completely outside in November please dress with the weather in mind.

Cocktail Hour will feature shaved ham and sweet potato biscuits with apple butter or mango chutney. The dinner buffet will feature two entrees: Sliced Pork Loin with cornbread stuffing and a country mustard sauce and Crab Cakes. We will also have a vegan option available of Marinated Portobello Mushrooms.

Although we would appreciate any item from our registry gifts are not required.

As much as we love children, our ceremony and reception will be boisterous events not suitable for young children.

Style Guide

Answer

If you would like to dress inside the color palette (no pressure) go with jewel tones. Rowan and Julianna will be wearing wedding dresses with texture (lace/appliqué etc) so solid colors, velvet or satin fabrics would be a great contrast but absolutely not required. Please refrain from white dresses/white outfits.
