Our love story

Back in 2016, two people who had lived a majority of their lives over 800 miles apart found themselves in a little coffee shop in Murray, Kentucky. They were unsure what to expect out of the curious meeting, but after two hours of eager conversation they thought, “Okay. This could really be something.” Josie taught Jon that traveling is truly an investment in unforgettable experiences. Emme and Leilah, Josie’s furrballs, taught him the importance of a good lint roller. Jon taught Josie how to live and love in the beautiful state of Tennessee. They enjoyed numerous date nights, often taking advantage of Happy Hours around town. While making Nashville home, they continued to grow as a couple, finding value in planting roots, nightly dinners at their very own table and long-weeks spent at home. Josephine and Jonathan have woven their lives together, developing love not only for each other, but also for all their friends and family. Now, with so much excitement, they would like you to know that they are getting hitched!

She said, yes!

11.03.2018

It all started with a ring box. The daintiest light blue Consider the Wildflowers ring box. It was January 2018 when Jon randomly, and daringly, invited Josie to join him browsing engagement rings together. The couple found themselves checking out a hand-made local jewelry store when Josie fell deeply in love with the blue box. Jon teased Josie for loving the box so, but he secretly made note of her reaction. ... 11 months later ... Josie and Jon planned a weekend in Atlanta. After a delicious breakfast in Virginia Highlands, the two headed over to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens for a stroll with some friends. They aimlessly wondered the gardens, at least that is how it felt to Josie. Jon had already mapped out the exact location where he would reveal the little blue ring box he had stashed in his coat pocket. Here he asked Josie to be his forever partner by becoming his wife. Please join us in the music city of Tennessee, where their story really began. Make sure to bring your dancing shoes because we can not wait to celebrate with you.
