Where is the wedding?

Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at The Rosemary in McKinney, TX, 35 miles north of Dallas. See the Travel tab for information on airport and hotel recommendations.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 19 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. A formal invitation will follow your save the date, which will include additional RSVP information. No need to wait, though. If you're ready to RSVP, please feel free to do so once your plans are confirmed.

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?
Answer
Yes, there are several options available, and we have reserved a block of rooms at The Grand Hotel in downtown McKinney, which is 12 minutes from the venue. When booking, use the group code "RAUBER-ROUNDS26". If you're having issues with the group code or would like a different room type added to the block for you to book, please text Megan at 585-610-2933. See the Travel tab for more information.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
No, transportation will not be provided. We highly encourage using Uber or Lyft to get you to and from The Rosemary safely. If you choose to drive, the venue has plenty of parking available in their lot. Please do not drive or park on grass areas. You are welcome to leave your car parked overnight if needed, but must pick your vehicle up by 9am on Sunday. After 9am, vehicles may be towed to ensure the lot is fully available for the next wedding.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

While we love your kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding attire is cocktail/semi-formal. We recommend suits and cocktail dresses or gowns. Cowboy boots are welcome!

What time should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm sharp. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow plenty of time to park and find your seats.

Will any of the festivities be held outdoors?
Answer
Yes, our cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a grassy area. North Texas weather can be warm in early October, with temperatures in the low 80s in the evening. The ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Can you accommodate a dietary restriction?
Answer
When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, and we’ll do our very best to accommodate them.
