Answer

There will be no restrooms. Transportation to and from the venue will be $25 per person. We will be there for a total of 2 hours.

How do I get the pay deposit to go away?

Answer

After you make your first payment on the cruise it will go away.

What if I need to add, remove or change guests staying my cabin?

Answer

You have until 3 months before we sail to change who will be staying in your room it may not cost anything but it could add a charge for taxes, port fees and a possible name change fee.

What is included in the drink packages?

Answer

In the Bottomless Bubbles for $11.21 per day for Adult $8.20 per day for Child. It covers soda (all Pepsi products) and juices not freshly squeezed juices. The Cheers package is going to cover alcohol, coffee, tea, bottled water, soda, energy drinks, and frozen mocktails. It also includes top shelf liquor and single poured drinks. Your max is 15 drinks per day. Excludes pitchers, towers, buckets, double pours, and bottles of liquor along with freshly squeezed juices. You can not buy a bucket, tower or pitcher if you purchase the drink package.

How much does the drink packages cost?

$602 per person for the week for the Cheers package. It will be added if done online for everyone 21+ staying in that room. if you plan on drinking more than 7 drinks a day it will pay for itself. $78.47 for Bottomless Bubbles for Adults for the week. $57.40 for Bottomless Bubbles for Child for the week.

What's the dress code?

Answer

For the wedding its Beach formal. For the cruise there are 2 formal nights get as dressed up as you want but don't dress down these nights. As you're walking around the ship be covered up don't be walking around in a bikini, If walking through the ship a cover up is suggested.

What's the best motion sickness medicine for a boat?

Answer

Meclizine was recommended by the medical staff on board. Dramamine is not recommended as it doesn't work the best for sea sickness, and the patches are known to cause anxiety attacks.

Can I bring my own alcohol.

One 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne per person staying in your stateroom.

Will I have service in Port?

Answer

Yes as long as you accept charges through your phone provider.

Will there be WIFI ? If I chose not to get the WIFI can I communicate with the people in our party?

WiFi is available for purchase, but is 15% cheaper if purchased before sailing. They do have a chat through the Carnival app for $5 per person, but it covers the length of the cruise. Can communicate with everyone in our wedding party.

How much is night owls (the overnight for kids)

Are there irons and steamers? How do I get wrinkles out of my dress clothes?

They have irons, one setting and it will burn your clothes. Steamers are not to be brought they will be confiscated by Carnival. Bring wrinkle spray and use your shower.

How do I get my dress on the ship without wrinkling?

Put your dress in a garment bag and carry it on with you.

How do I work the lights in the room?

Answer

Your cruise card (sign & sail card) will activate your lights. You can use a gift card so you don't forget your room key. There will be a slot for the card when inserted the light switches will work.

Do I have to tip?

Answer

If you prepay your gratuities the only person you have to tip is the porters who take your bags before you get on the boat and start going through customs. $1 per bag is standard. If you don't prepay your gratuities you tip as normal and if you don't you will have a bill at the end of your cruise?

Do I have to book a shore excursion to get off the boat?

No, come and go as many times as you want.

Just because we (Katie & Eric) booked a shore excursion does everyone?

Answer

No, It's there as an option since they're isn't a free beach in walking distance. The excursion we picked has the shortest ride to the resort and the most time at the resort for $15 more for 2 hours.

Can I smoke on the boat?

Answer

In designated smoking areas only. There are cameras everywhere, and you will get a $500 fine for each time they catch you. If caught multiple times they will kick everyone out staying in that room. You will be in charge of travel expenses home with no refund.

Carnival Cannabis Policy

Answer

Carnival recognizes that some state and local governments in the U.S., and in the destinations we visit, might allow marijuana use. However, Carnival Cruise Line follows U.S. federal law, which strictly prohibits possession and use of recreational/medicinal marijuana and other illegal controlled substances. There are drug dogs as you get on the ship.
