Manito Park is located on the south hill in Spokane, and is absolutely gorgeous-- lots of walking paths and various types of gardens. It is a short drive from anywhere in Spokane. There are 5 major garden areas within the 90 acre park. As well as ponds where you are sure to see ducks!
About an hour East of Spokane, Tree To Tree offers both a Kids Tree Top Adventure Course and a Jr & Adult Adventure Course. With zip lines, nets, Tarzan swings, and other fun obstacles, this aerial adventure course is a blast. We loved it!
Lake Pend Oreille is the largest lake in Idaho, and the 38th largest in US. There are numerous attractions and adventures on the lake from Farragut State Park on the south end of the lake, to Sandpoint on the North end. This is a beautiful location to spend some time relaxing. You might even see a moose!

A great walk with lots of sights! This beautiful park is walking distance from numerous restaurants and hotels in downtown Spokane. Too many sights in the park to list here but it should definitely be on your to-do list for your Spokane adventure!
