The wedding is on FRIDAY, October 16th, 2026. With family and friends coming in from out of town, you get to make a long weekend of it.

Our wedding is an adult-only event. Please refrain from bringing kids under the age of 18 and make accommodations for them at home, if necessary.

Answer

Black tie optional. For the guys, suits and tuxedos are welcome. For the ladies, avoid wearing stilettos due to the brick walkway that connects the ceremony side to the reception and cocktail area. Long formal dresses and cocktail dresses are welcome. Ladies' hint: the bride will be wearing black.

Our wedding is an entirely gluten-free wedding. Please indicate any allergy requests when you RSVP later this summer.

Answer

Rehearsal dinner for the wedding party will be on Thursday, 10.15, with more details TBD. All the wedding day events will be on Friday, 10.16.2026, at the Barn & Vineyard. Saturday and Sunday are yours to explore the Chicagoland area and do as you please. There are plenty of food, drink, and activity recommendations should you wish to plan a weekend of travel. Check out the Things to Do page for local recommendations, or simply ask the Bride or Groom for their favorite spots to hang out at.

There is parking on-site at the venue. The reception and ceremony are at the same site.
