Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request that all of our guests wear black and/or white (yes, even white for women!). The dress code for our wedding is black-tie optional. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear an evening gown or a midi cocktail dress.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with exception of children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We politely ask that you do not bring a guest unless it is formally indicated on your invite. We desire to keep our special day as intimate as possible with our families and close friends. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We have hired professional photographers to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say, "I do". You are more than welcome to take photos before the ceremony and throughout the evening otherwise!

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

For the convenience of our guests, we have reserved one, 37 passenger luxury shuttle. For all guests staying at either three linked hotels, the pickup spot will be at the corner of Deer Street. IMPORTANT The first shuttle pickup to transport guests to the venue will be at 4pm and the second will be at 4:30pm. The shuttle will be on standby for the duration of the wedding and can transport guests for any circumstances. There will be two time slots to depart the venue and return guests safely to Deer Street via the shuttle. 9:30pm and 10pm (final shuttle of the evening).

Question

Is there parking available at or near the wedding venue?

Answer

There are ONLY 18 available parking spots on site that are reserved for guests. These parking spots are also to be used for our vendors. If you are planning to drive to the venue, kindly let us know ASAP, as they will be given on a first come, first served basis. Please plan accordingly and do NOT rely on Uber or Lyft for transportation. They are few and far between, especially since it is off season.

Question

Is your venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes it is handicap accessible, including an elevator.
