We are so excited to finally celebrate together! We are taking the necessary precautions to ensure a safe celebration. All of our celebrations will be taking place outside and we believe that all of our guests are vaccinated. The city of Chicago will be re-instituting an indoor mask mandate, so masks will be required on the optional museum tour during our cocktail hour. We will be providing disposable masks for those interested. That said, if you feel more comfortable, please feel free to wear a mask at any point. As a heads up to our guests who are traveling, more restaurants in the city of Chicago are asking to see proof of vaccination, so please be sure to bring a copy or photo of your vaccination card and a mask.

It was a few days before classes started for Zach and Sarah's freshman year at the University of Missouri. Sarah was walking down the hallway of her dorm when she heard someone loudly playing Lil Wayne from their room. When she poked her head in, she saw a cute guy who had a Pulp Fiction poster hanging on his wall... coincidentally, her favorite movie. They started talking, Sarah was able to get past the choice of Lil Wayne and Zach's tie-dye shirt, and rest was history.

Sarah and Zach had just begun their vacation in Paris, and had a late dinner reservation on their first night in the city. Zach suggested a walk along the Seine to see the lights before dinner. After stopping for espressos (where Zach was suspiciously quiet!) they started walking down the path by the river. As they were rounding a curve, the fully lit Eiffel Tower came into view and Zach got down on one knee to pop the question. (Sarah doesn't remember anything and just started saying yes.) Zach had thought of every detail... including an abundance of champagne at dinner and an engagement photo session the next day. They were able to enjoy a perfect celebratory trip and kick off their new love of all things French!
