Travel Note
Please let us know your plans
We're covering some taxis to and from Yatton Station, as well into Bristol at the end of the event. Knowing how many people may need transit from these places really helps.
Rental Car
Drive There
The easiest and most direct way to travel to the castle is to drive; there is parking. However, there is NO drinking and driving permitted. As much as possible we will make arrangements for people to get home when we have an idea of who will be staying where.
Train
Take the Train
The best train station to arrive at is YATTON STATION, one stop past Bristol on the regular train from Paddington. There are trains arriving at Yatton at 15:09 and 15:45pm. We will cover an 8 seat taxi to pick up guests at Yatton at 15:50pm. The last train leaves Yatton at 22:22pm, and we will have a taxi drop guests off there at 22:00pm.
Flight
Flying In
If you are flying in from North America, the nearest city to the castle is Bristol, which has an airport. You could also fly into Dublin, Manchester or London and then take a short hop flight, train, or rent a car. I recommend using Google Flights to search for flights as the drop down calendars will provide you with transparent prices on different dates. I also recommend that you book as soon as possible.
House Or Rental
Clevedon Hotels or AirBNBs
There are several hotels and AirBNBs in the town of Clevedon next to the castle. However, many have limited capacity, so please book soon. There are also many hotels in Bristol, and we will cover an eight seat taxi to take guests back to Bristol at 12:30am on the evening of the wedding.
