Best Man
Jon is Ross' younger brother and Best Man. Jon has had many years to prepare for this moment and the expectations on his speech truly could not be higher. Despite many arguments and tussles as children-including the much hated "little brother tax" and "coaster to the nose" incidents-Ross and Jon enjoy each other's company now. They were both KOTs at Baylor and have traveled internationally together as adults, though in typical fashion they cannot come to a consensus on the coolest place (for reference: Jon's favorite is an outdoor mall in Cape Town). The two entertainingly share a similar sense of humor and a love of Baylor sports, patios, and skiing. Jon and his girlfriend Courtney live in Dallas with their dog Zulu, a successful dog actress known for her role in an HEB commercial.
Maid of Honor
Julia is the Rebecca’s younger sister and “number 4” of the six Young kids. After seven years of just having brothers in the family, Julia arrived to Rebecca’s relief. Spunky, fiesty and energetic, she kept all the Young family on their toes and earned the nickname “Wild Wulia”. Julia and Rebecca have grown to be the best of friends through the years. When Julia recently graduated from Texas A & M and moved to Dallas, Ross was worried he might never see Rebecca again. But the Young sisters assured him it would not be the case because proposing to Rebecca was a buy one, get one free deal. Rebecca is hoping Julia finds the love of her life soon so they can have cousins the same age.

Ross and Jimmy met in law school and studied abroad in Italy, narrowly missing an opportunity to star in Jersey Shore. Jimmy and Ross are also founding members of Skull & Bones, an elite fantasy football league and are champions in that league (the same cannot be said of other members unfortunately). After law school, Jimmy and Ross frequently traveled to the same weddings (Ross was a Groomsman in Jimmy's), ski trips, bachelor parties, and draft trips. in 2017, Ross and Jimmy started carpooling to work at Praesidium, taking flak from everyone for doing so, but saving the environment and cracking each other up along the way. Jimmy is always up for a good time and keeps the crowd entertained with his legendary dad jokes! He and his wife Stacy Lynn live in Seattle with their daughter Greer.

Groomsman
Hubert is Ross' uncle and is standing in for his son, Stefan, who tragically passed away in 2017. Ross and Stefan were best friends from birth until his passing, and there is no doubt he would be standing beside Ross were he here today. Stefan had a gut-bustin' sense of humor, passion for travel and adventure, and a deep love for family. Ross wanted to find a way to incorporate him into the day, and Uncle Hubie standing in his stead is the perfect idea (thanks for thinking of it Rebecca)! Uncle Hubie is a legend in his own right, a top rate skier from Anif, Austria who is also an incredibly talented wood worker. Uncle Hubie never met a stranger and has the most entertaining stories from his adventures. He and Aunt Lisa live in Ruidiso, NM and have been like second parents to Ross.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and Rebecca met twenty years ago at a pajama Birthday party as ten year olds. The Sauer family and Young family were neighbors in Fredericksburg and during that time Rebecca and Sarah forged a friendship that lasted through high school, college and into their 30’s. Regular two hour phone calls and trips back and forth to see each other have sweetened all the life stages they have gone through together, including finding their men together- Ross and Colin. Both Ross and Colin share the last name Mitchell, so Sarah and Rebecca joke that finally after all these years they'll be "sisters". Sarah is empathetic and genuine friend, with an astounding work ethic and sharp mind for business and design. Sarah lives in San Antonio, TX and is a fine artist running a thriving ceramics studio, Guten Co.
Groomsman
Jay is one of Ross' closest friends, going all the way back to 2006. Ross and Jay were KOTs at Baylor and became friends on a ski trip to Copper Mountain sophomore year. There have been countless ski trips since, as Jay now lives in Vail. Jay likes to peer pressure Ross into tackling moguls and terrain parks against his will, despite knowing exactly how it will pan out. In fact, Stefan and Jay had a great time leading Ross to the top of a mogul ridden black diamond in 2017 and watching the carnage unfold. From college, to post grad, to this current season of life, Jay has been a fixture. Ross and Jay share a love of Baylor sports, travel, and skiing. Like the other groomsmen, Jay is funny, laid back, and a great addition to any party. Jay lives in Vail and enviably skies 100+ days a year.

Sarah Bennett and Rebecca met as coworkers and quickly formed a bond over all things cultural- art history, literature, the symphony and more. The bond deepened as they began to conspire to write a tell-all book on their work place. That plot has since fizzled, but Rebecca and Sarah are still wonderful friends and keep up regularly even through they no longer get to see each other daily with pilates, shopping sprees and Bachelor watch nights. Sarah is a deep and thoughtful mind, and now serves as a communications director at a church in Dallas.

Adam is Ross' step-brother, and like Ross, hails from the West Texas metropolis of Van Horn. Growing up Adam mediated many disputes between Ross and Jon, earning the nickname Switzerland for his ardent neutrality. He did briefly join "the Nation," an axis of hostiles led by Jon, but soon came to his senses. Adam attended Baylor with Ross and like many others in the wedding party, was a KOT. While at Baylor, Adam and Ross enjoyed hanging out on 10th Street, working on float, and a frosty George's Big O. Adam returned to West Texas after college and enjoys hunting, hiking, camping, and all things outdoor. Adam and his wife, Alyssa (also a Baylor grad), spend their weekends traveling and exploring scenic West Texas. They live in Odessa, Texas and are expecting their first child in April.

Ross and Justin first met at a KOT rush event where Justin introduced himself as Frank Mayfrock. After pledgeship, Justin took Ross under his wing and instilled a love of college, Baylor, and 10th Street. For over a decade, Justin has organized happy hours, Mad Hatter Christmas parties, and annual getaways to the West for our group of friends. Its safe to say he is the social glue that keeps us all together. Justin, his wife Rachel, Ross, and their friend Chet navigated the early days of Covid with dinners to break the monotony of quarantine. It was at one of these dinners that Rachel first told Ross about Rebecca. Justin drives an '88 Suburban named "The Green Machine", is the life of the party, and loves a good costume. Rachel and Rebecca met working together at D Magazine. It was one day in the D Magazine kitchen that Rebecca asked Rachel if her husband Justin had any single friends, and in that moment Rebecca and Ross became a sparkle in Rachel’s eye and she put her exceptional matchmaking skills to the test. Rebecca and Ross regularly thank the Lord, Rachel, D Magazine and Baylor KOT (in that order) for bringing them together. Many double dates ensued and girl chats ensued during the dating process. Rachel is wise, witty and grounded with commendable matchmaking skills. She is a wife to Justin, one of Ross’s groomsman, and mom to their one year old son Hank.
Usher
Hogan and Ross met in college back in '07 where they bonded over KOT, inflatable pools, and not being from Dallas like everyone else. They did not, however, bond over Hogan's deep love of wrestling. That is still the subject of teasing to this day, though to Hogan's credit he proudly owns it. They have been on many trips together over the years, including one memorable trip to the Fiesta Bowl that saw Baylor humiliated by UCF, questionable transportation around Phoenix, and Jon and Hogan mutiny against Ross at an El Paso outlet mall. Hogan is a stand up comedian with a cult following across DFW and enjoys watching NFL RedZone, WWE, and basically any sport. He and his wife Molly (also a Baylor grad) live in Dallas. Fun fact: Ross and Hogan's dads were KOTs at Baylor together in the 70s.

Seth is Rebecca's oldest brother, and like Ross, is a lawyer. He is a font of wisdom (which he graciously shares with his family), who's love for the law has no jurisdictional bounds. He clerked for a judge in Brownsville where he grew accustomed to excellent Mexican food, tropical climates, and a low cost of living. Seth now lives in DC where none of those things exist, but he is a survivor and has found a way to make it. On a couple of occasions, Ross and Seth met up during work trips resulting in lots of laughs. Seth has also been a great sounding board for legal strategies and discussion on an important property rights case Ross is involved in. Seth enjoys trying out legal pick-up lines, the law in general, sandwiches, international travel, and his family, He currently lives in DC.
