Matron of Honor
Jenny is my older sister and my Matron of Honor. She has been by my side for almost 31 years and I don't know what I would have done without her. Throughout my life she has been a steadying force. Whenever I needed it, she was there for me with insightful advice and loving support. Jenny has always pushed me to be my best and I am forever grateful for her.
Best Woman
I met Rachel at Cafe Roma Coffeeshop in 2009. For roughly a two year period, my first stop visiting Boulder was either her coffeeshop or her home (where she lived in a makeshift room the size of a large canoe) with our dearest friends Andrew Sieving and Jenny Kleiman. After the graduation of those two sweeties, Rachel and I began a roommate and more or less inseparable relationship that would last 4+ years until I left Colorado for my adventures in San Francisco. Rachel has always been a voice of reason, a source of new perspective, a wealth of wisdom, tough love when I’ve needed it, laughter til I can’t stand it, a dance floor queen, exasperating, delightful, and a true example of what a best friend can be to someone lucky enough to be loved by her.
Bridesmaid
Mehreen is my sister-in-law and a firecracker! I used to be the only wild one in our family until she came along. Needless to say, we became quick friends and our kinship has grown stronger every year. I had the privilege of officiating Mehreen and Jason's wedding and I am so proud to have her stand by me on our special day.
Groomsman
My vivacious Vikingo, Andrew and I met through Emily DiPerna at a house party in Denver in 2008. I was instantly drawn to his sassy tude, his fab fashion choices, and few people on this planet have ever made me laugh harder. Andrew has always helped me to see our world in new ways, continues to teach me how much I don’t have right, and I will forever be grateful for his grace and wisdom. I was blessed to live with Andrew for several months in San Francisco and dancing my way through that city with he and his boys was one of the greatest times of my life. I continue to look up to him in so many ways and am so so proud of him. Just don’t ask him to build you a bike.
Jr. Bridesmaid
Taylor is my little sister and my Jr. Bridesmaid. Although we don't live in the same state, we share a strong sisterly bond and always have an amazing time when we see each other. Taylor is quick, witty, and strong willed (kind of like her sisters) as well as the ultimate Girl Scout. I can't wait to create and share in these memories with her. I know I will cherish them forever.
Groomsman
My little brother! It’s hard to put into words how much I love this fella and how proud the proudest brother in the world can be. I certainly did torture him for many years in the name of, ”toughening him up” smh… and man did I have a way with making him lose his mind. Through it all though Ryne has always been the sweetest and best stinking kid in the world. Amazingly he has managed to only pick up the good qualities (that I swear I have) and avoid picking up any of the bad. His sense of humor, his unwavering morals, his dedication and hard work in everything he sets out to do, his love for his family and friends, and his self control are just a few of the qualities that make him a true example of a man that men everywhere can, do, and should look to. Also he’s gonna be a dad soon!
Bridesmaid
Kelsey is my oldest friend. I met her in 4th grade after moving to Anaheim Hills. We have been through it all together, from convincing each other at a sleepover to stuff our bras at school (with socks!), competing in water polo and swim for 4 years of high school and navigating our love lives. We have helped each other through all of life’s ups and downs. She is the best team mate and friend I could have ever asked for.
Groomsman
Nick DID NOT like me when he met me. Luckily us “pretty cool guys” ran in the same circles in Boulder and were able to quickly put any of our differences behind us. Navigating my way through my twenties with Nick has been one of the greatest pleasures and privileges of my life. Observing his self control, his work ethic, his dedication to obtaining knowledge, his willingness to listen and respectfully talk through ideas he may not agree with, his generosity, his true warmth, kindness, and hospitality have all been qualities that I have strove to emulate and adopt. Affectionately referred to by me as “Tits”, Nick has been one of the most honest and genuine people I’ve ever known and I will always respect his straightforward way of life and the good-humored way he lives it.
Bridesmaid
Natalie took me under her wing during my first year at Lexus, where we were both Product Specialists. I have always admired Natalie’s drive, ambition, and thoughtfulness. Our easy friendship has blossomed and flourished, no matter the distance between us. We have had epic adventures exploring new places and befriending new people in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New Orleans and soon we will be adding Denver and New York to that list. “Where you go, I will follow…” (Gilmore Girls theme song)
Groomsman
I met Spenser in, I think 2005, when he started frequenting and terrorizing the Starbucks in Highlands Ranch that our little crew worked at, hung out at, and also terrorized. He just started showing up one day with his group of buddies, but Spenser was the one we really took a shine to and quickly became…”one of us”. What’s always struck me about Spenser is his oddly effortless artistic way of strolling through this world. The way he dresses, the way he thinks, his odd humor, the things he’s interested in, he’s just always been a weird and fascinating dude. Spenser is also fiercely loyal and to those he lets in, a real lover. Through everything it has been a real privilege to watch him grow up and become the man, husband, and father that he is today. Real proud of Spensee.
Bridesmaid
Marva and I met in my freshman year of college when I got a job at Bebe. I quickly related to her contagious spirit, playful nature and big heart. I love talking for hours with this fun, scandalous girl and treasure all of the silly times we’ve had. She is one of the most thoughtful and caring women I have ever met and knowing her has made me a better person.
Groomsman
My big cousin and The OG best ride-or-die homie and one of the truest and best friends I’ve ever had. In one way or another Eli has pretty much been there through every major life event and a lifetime of memories. Ice fishing with his dad (my Uncle Terry) when we were just little dudes, throwing crabapples at cars in Grand Junction, hanging out with girls in Englewood in our early teens, getting leeches in a nasty little pond by his house while looking for crawdads, carrying me to the final bar on my 21st birthday, always beating me in arm wrestles (I’ve never won), having the chance to be a part of Ben’s life, etc, etc, all the way to today where he is adored by Jessica. Eli has taught me what putting family first truly is and I have nothing but respect and love for him.
Bridesmaid
When Lili joined the Lexus team, I knew right away that she was a woman I could love. She is smart, strong, and honest. She always says what she means and means what she says. We’ve spent a lot of time travelling together with great friends, exploring new cities. I love adventuring with her and look forward to our next one.
Groomsman
Chris and I met during my Sophomore year in high school. I was quickly drawn to his outrageous behavior, his artistic talent, and his awful taste in music. I knew we were to become platonic soul mates for life when, the first time he gave me a ride home, he popped in a Little Mermaid cassette tape and proceeded to belt out the lyrics at the top of his silly Dutch lungs. Chris has remained a true and loyal friend, a roommate on several occasions, a partner in crime (literally when we went through a little graffiti phase and a price was put out on his head in the local news), a confidant, a down for anything dude, a traveling and camping buddy, a member of the family, and basically just the most lovable fella I’ve ever had the privilege to know.
