Flight
Idaho Falls Airport (IDA)
Idaho Falls will be the easiest place to fly in and out of. It is the closest airport to the venue. It will also have the best deals for rental cars if that is needed. If just coming for two nights and you don't think you will need a car, reach out to Ross or Chelsea. We will help coordinate rideshares closer to the wedding.
Flight
Jackson Hole Airport (JAC)
Jackson Hole airport is the second closest to the venue although it is around 2 hours driving. It is also the most beautiful commercial airport you will probably fly into as it is the only one located in a National Park! There is a reason Chelsea and Ross have moved to the 'sleepy side of the Tetons' as the Jackson Hole valley and town of Jackson are very busy this time of year. Rental cars are avalible but more expensive than IDA so it is worth locking one in early if considering this option! Pro tip: reserve seats on the right side of the plane for USUALLY the best views of the Tetons.
Flight
Salt Lake City Airport (SLC)
Salt Lake City is the closest international/national airport (the two closest are regional), however it is a 4-hour drive to the venue. We recommend this only if you aren’t able to find a good flight option from Idaho Falls or Jackson.
House Or Rental
Onsite cabins and rooms
There are around 25 individual lodges, bunkhouses, cabins, yurts, and campers that are reserved at campgrounds under half-mile from the venue. We have enough beds allocated for everyone who wants to stay within walking distance to the venue for both Friday and Saturday. Please consider that some of these accommodations are nice but simple and without ensuite bathrooms or running water but will have communal amenities. There is also a large bunkhouse onsite at the venue that we will be able to rent on an individual basis. We will be asking for lodging plan and preference as part of the RSVP. The individual or group will be paying for the rooms themselves. The price varies on accommodation but most range from $50-$100 per bed per night.

Hotel
Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls
There are multiple hotel options in downtown Idaho Falls. This area around the Hilton Garden provides some of the best options. There is no shuttle currently booked and guests will be responsible for transport to and from the venue if staying in Idaho Falls. If enough guests stay in Idaho Falls we will arrange a shuttle to and from the venue the night of the wedding. The target location for the shuttle would be this Hilton.
House Or Rental
Airbnb or Vrbo
There are limited options on Airbnb and Vrbo in Ririe, Idaho but more may come available as we get closer to summer. If you prefer staying at a house with known amenities we recommend researching this option and trying to stay as close to the venue as possible. Look for proximity to Heise Hot Springs in the listing. Options in Ririe and Rigby will likely be your best bet, which will be all back roads to the venue.
