Summer smart.
September is generally warm and pleasant, with a cooler temp in the evenings. Aria Estate is on the top of a hill overlooking the sea, so do be prepared for wind! The ceremony and reception will be outside, so in the eventuality of rain we will prepare necessary cover.
Please arrive at Aria Estate 30 - 60 minutes before the ceremony starts.
The wedding party will carry on until very late, so when you sort transport back is up to you!
There is parking at the venue and you are free to park on the road up to the estate too. We recommend booking taxis to and from the wedding, which we or your hotel can help you with.
The casual drinks will be at Aula Bar, in Areopoli. The bar is located on the main lane of the old town. We recommend having dinner nearby beforehand as we will not be providing food.
We will be organising a shuttle bus to and from Areopoli for those staying out of the town. Please let us know where you are staying so we can arrange your pickup time.
We will be eating at O Takis in Limeni, arriving at 1pm and staying for the afternoon. You can park in the village, but we will be arranging a shuttle for those settling in, so please do keep us informed of your plans.
First few rounds at Thursday drinks on us. Sunday lunch will be a fixed cost per head paid on exit – please let us know if you won't stick around to eat so we can plan numbers accordingly.
We strongly recommend hiring a car for your stay so you can make the most of your trip and explore the local area.
Don't expect Uber-level services, but taxis can be booked through your hotel. Or, head to the logistics page for a list of numbers.
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Please let us know of your dietary requirements and our caterers will do their best to accommodate. We have vegetarian and GF options planned, but the Greeks do tend to go hard on meat, dairy and gluten.
