What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. The gates to the venue open at 3:00pm. Give yourself plenty of time to get through our covid station, sign our guest book and find a seat!

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire, please. The ceremony will take place outdoors on uneven grass, with rock and gravel paths to get to the cocktail and reception areas. The reception will be held indoors. Additionally, Northern California has the tendency to have nice weather in the afternoon with a cool down in the evening. Plan your outfit and footwear accordingly!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

There is limited parking and no street parking available at the venue, so please carpool if you can. We have also arranged a shuttle to pick up guests at a designated parking location in Petaluma. Please see the "travel" tab for detailed information. It's a bit of a walk to the ceremony site from the parking area. If you require assistance with mobility, there will be staff with a golf cart available to drive you to your seat.

What do I need for the covid check-in?

Answer

Please bring a physical or electronic copy of your covid vaccination card showing full vaccination. This means 1 J&J vaccine or 2/2 Moderna or Pfizer vaccines. No booster required. OR A picture of your negative covid test result, having been taken within 72 hours of the wedding date.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids. However, for the evening we are extending the invite to adults only. We want our wedding to be your night off -- we can't wait to dance the night away with you!

Is there WiFi at the venue?

Answer

There is limited cell service at the venue, so WiFi is provided. It is under the "guest" network and the password is "Rosewood"

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please refer to the instructions in the RSVP tab. While submitting your RSVP, you will have the opportunity to add the name of your guest if you are designated to bring a plus one.
