We're Getting Married!

A tale as old as time... Steph & Tim first met through mutual friends during their first year of undergrad at the University of Wisconsin, Madison (Go Bucky!) After meeting, the two remained friends through their freshman year and into the fall semester of sophomore year. As their group of friends spent more time together, Tim started to develop a little crush on Steph. At a social between Steph's sorority & Tim's fraternity, Tim confessed to all of Steph's friends that he was starting to develop feelings for her. Steph was apprehensive about the relationship at first because she didn't want to ruin the friendship she had built with Tim and his friend group. At the end of their spring semester sophomore year, Tim had mustered up the courage to ask Steph to be his date to his fraternity's formal in Milwaukee. Little did Tim know, Steph & her sorority sisters had been planning this date weeks behind the scenes. Steph had even pre-bought a dress and shoes for the formal in anticipation of Tim asking her. After attending the fraternity formal together in April 2013 the two went on many "unofficial" dates together around campus. On June 17, 2013 Tim asked Steph to "officially" be his girlfriend, and the rest of their love story is history! A lot has happened since Steph & Tim first started dating back in 2013. They have been through career changes, earned new degrees, re-located cities, purchased their first car & first home in Chicago together. Through all of life's big moments, the two have continued to support each other and grow as partners and best friends. We can't wait to finally celebrate our marriage with all of our closest loved ones, family, and friends. It's been a long time coming, cheers!
