Airport Options: Tucson International Airport (TUS) – Recommended Tucson International Airport is the closest airport to the resort, located approximately 35 miles away (about a 40–45 minute drive). This is the easiest and most convenient option for guests. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport - PHX offers many more direct flights and airline options, and is approximately 100 miles from the resort (about a 1.5–2 hour drive depending on traffic). Transportation to the Hotel: We are in process of arranging a shuttle system from TUS airport to the venue throughout the day on Thursday, December 3rd, as well as a return trip to the airport on Sunday, December 5th. Once you have booked your flight, please fill out this google document so that we can better understand guest arrival and departures times to plan the shuttles accordingly: https://forms.gle/1PHVy1hWhqcNsj977 For those of you flying into PHX, or in the case if you are arriving early (before Thursday) or staying later (after Sunday), rental cars are widely available at both airports and are recommended if you'd like flexibility to explore the area during your stay. Uber/Lyft and private car services are also available from both airports, though rides from Phoenix can be more expensive due to the longer distance.
