Maid of Honor
Allie and Michelle have been best friends for many years. They met in class, Sophomore year of high school. Michelle convinced Allie to join her cheerleading team, where their friendship truly blossomed. They were lucky enough to have many classes together, especially Senior year. During math class that year, they both realized how much they love the subject and later both became math teachers. Yes, they are proud nerds. After graduating, Allie moved to Florida for college, but she and Michelle still remained close throughout the years, even sending each other handwritten letters just so that they could get mail in their mailboxes. Even from afar, Allie continued to have a big impact on Michelle's life. Thanks to Allie, Michelle joined a sorority, which led to her eventually meeting Nick. So we really have her to thank for us being here today. Fast forward to now, Allie played a major part in Nick and Michelle's engagement. She helped Nick plan out the whole thing and made sure that it went over smoothly. We also have her to thank for some of the amazing pictures she got of that special moment. Michelle could not be more thrilled to have Allie as her maid of honor. She practically had her spot reserved for over 10 years.
Kevin Buttari
Best Man
Nick and Kevin have been friends since 1999. They met in Kindergarten at Nick’s pirate themed birthday party and have been good mates ever since (pun intended). Since day one, they’ve shared the same interests in music, tv shows, video games, and anything else you can imagine. They’ve remained close friends throughout their whole school career even at Rowan University where they were roommates. It’s only fitting that as the first friend Nick has ever had, that he be right by his side on this special day.
Brittany Hornung
Bridesmaid
Brittany and Michelle met during sorority recruitment. Brittany was looking to join a sorority and Michelle knew she had to get her to join ASA. They quickly became friends and you could always find them hanging out on a Thursday or Saturday night at their favorite fraternity house, AXP. Brittany and Michelle later became roommates during Michelle's senior year where they grew even closer, and have remained great friends ever since. Most recently, Michelle had the honor of being apart of Brittany's wedding party and she is so excited to have Brittany be apart of hers.
Brandon Crowther
Groomsman
Brandon was both Nick’s pledge brother and roommate in college. They became friends during fraternity rush week and began spending probably too much time together. Brandon enjoyed activities, such as stealing Nick’s entire box of Easy Mac, while Nick frequently played a fun game of “stacking various items on top of Brandon while he sleeps”. Brandon and Nick share the same love of Philly sports teams, beer, and edgy pop punk music. It simply wouldn’t be a party without him.
Frances Ciesielski
Bridesmaid
Frances is Michelle's sorority little sister. They met during sorority recruitment night and instantly connected. As soon as they met, Michelle knew she had to have Frances as her little sister to mentor throughout college. How could she not, she shared the same favorite color, PINK! It was fate. They got paired together and they've been close ever since. Michelle and Frances spent a lot of time together during their college years, going to Greek life events, formals, homecomings, and not to mention, parties at Nick's fraternity house. As fate would have it, Frances met her husband there too. Another Greek Life love story! Michelle and Frances also share a love of Ocean City, especially the beach. Their similaries are simply too perfect. Michelle is so excited to have her "little sister" by her side on her special day.
Jack Taylor
Groomsman
Jack is also one of Nick’s fraternity pledge brothers, close friend, and Voorhees neighbor. They met the first night of pledging their fraternity and have had a close bond ever since. The two of them grew close as they practically lived together in the dirty haunted frat house known as “The Crowhouse” one fateful summer. Jack is Nick’s tall friend people always ask him about. So much so that they invented a drinking game for every time someone asks how tall he is. You’re allowed to ask him, but you may be asked to take a drink in return. Those are the rules of the game. Jack is a gentle giant though, who shares the same love of nerdy things like Star Wars as Nick and he is excited to have him as one of his groomsmen.
