Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we are asking all our guest to dress black tie optional. We are asking all men to be in a suit or tux and women to wear long dresses. In case you need any inspiration please see the vision board above.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

As it is a holiday weekend we want to take advantage of the extra time we could all have together. As there will be no other official wedding events, we will be providing other opportunities to spend time with loved ones. There will be more information to come.

will the wedding be outside?

Answer

We will be having an outside ceremony on the grass (weather permitting) and cocktail hour also being majority outside. The reception will be inside in a nice AC controlled building.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

yes, we will have a bus stopping at each hotel location before and after the wedding. Please feel free to meet the bus at one of the hotels if you do not want to drive to the venue. We have ONE shuttle running on the day of the wedding. The shuttle will pick up from both hotels and then take you to the venue. At the end of the night they will take you from the venue to the hotel. Anyone not staying at the hotels is welcome to catch a ride but the venue has plenty of parking as well. Make sure to check the times the bus will be departing from your hotel so you don’t miss it. Tru by Hilton- departing hotel at 3:40pm Springhill Suites- departing hotel at 4:00pm
