Piazza Duomo Terrasini
Within walking distance you will find the Piazza, which is considered the center of town. The church, Parrocchia del Duomo Maria Ss Delle Grazie, overlooks a beautiful square with bars and shops. In the summer nights it is very lively. Here, you will be able to grab a drink, a bite to eat or even a gelato.
La Praiola
La Praiola is in walking distance. It is a beautiful small beach where the sea is really shallow.
L' Isolotto (Cala Rossa)
Cala Rossa is a beautiful-rocky beach where you can climb the rock, swim in the sea and watch sunsets from.
Magaggiari Beach
Within walking distance Magaggiari Beach is a short straight coastline with crystal-turquoise water and bright sand.
Cefalù
Cefalù is worth visiting for a day or up to 2-3 days so that you can explore everything that the fishing village has to offer. Cefalù is a coastal town on the northern side of Sicily. It's filled with charm and personality. It also has nice beaches and beautiful blue waters and it makes a nice destination for a relaxing beach vacation. It is approximately 1.5 hour drive from Terrasini.
Scala dei Turchi
Scala dei Turchi is one of Sicily's most striking natural wonders. Snow white rocks rise high out of the blue Mediterranean. It is approximately a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from Terrasini. The white rocks of Scala dei Turchi may be closed to public access but can be seen from the beach below. It has been announced that Scala dei Turchi may be reopening Summer 2024. Check before going.
Taormina
Perched high upon a cliff is the old town city of Taormina. The beautiful beaches of Taormina are located down below, facing the Ioian Sea. The center of Taormina is lined with quaint streets with many shops. There are many sites to see and a day in Taormina will do. Don’t forget to go to Bambam Bar for some of the best gelato. Taormina is approximately a 3 hour drive from Terrasini.

Make sure to try these Sicilian dishes! Panino con Panelle - chick pea flour fritters fried and eaten in a sandwich with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Sfincione - a Sicilian pizza. Instead of having mozzarella, it has typical Sicilian cheese cubes and anchovies. Arancini - fried rice balls filled with ragu or mozzarella and ham. Panino con la milza - is a street food. A sandwich with cow lungs and spleen. Crocchette - mashed potato rolls fried, can also be eaten inside a sandwich. Sun dried tomatoes. Granita - Italian ice. Lemon is the best if it’s made with fresh Sicilian lemons. Granita comes in many flavors. You can also order granita with iced tea. Granita ai gelsi con panna - mulberry with whip cream. Pastries: Setteveli Cake - chocolate layered cake. Cassata - classic Sicilian cake made with dotted chocolate chip ricotta layered in sponge cake, covered with marzipan. Cannoli - ricotta filling dotted with dark chocolate chips in a flaky cannoli shell.
