Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will run before the ceremony at 4:30pm. Please don’t be late or you’ll miss it! The shuttle will resume after the ceremony and will run every hour or so until 11pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Sure thing! We have parking at the bottom of the hill and rides to the top. Also, we’ll have a designated shuttle for anyone riding in from the La Quinta in Woodway.

Is there alcohol?

Answer

We will be providing beer and wine for the reception. If you feel like bringing something extra or special, feel free to BYOB! We’ll have ice etc. for you to chill it.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

Technically yes, though it is ill-advised. This is a rustic wedding on a ranch. The ground is crushed granite, but not paved. Flats or boots are highly recommended. You likely won’t want to take your shoes off and walk barefooted.
