Let's do this!

The year was 2006. All American Rejects were top of the charts on Phoenix radio stations and the Phoenix Suns had assembled a dream team (2 time MVP!). It was towards the end of a particularly hot summer when Ari and Rose first met in a 6th-grade math class at Pardes Jewish Day School. And from that point on, the two couldn't focus in any class where they were seated together. They were best friends throughout it all - bar and bat mitzvahs, braces, driving permits, and awkward school dances. But their senior year of high school was when everything changed. They agreed that their senioritis induced fling would only last until graduation. But riding on a high after being crowned Prom King and Queen, they decided breaking up for college wasn't a good plan after all.

They spent the next few years cruising around on Ari's moped, being way too involved in Greek Life, hiking, taking advantage of every free-trip to Israel possible, and occasionally studying. From snowed in weekends together in Flagstaff to last-minute backpacking trips along the coast of California, their adventures kept getting better and better.

On a never-ending quest for tacos and warm weather, Austin, Texas seemed like the perfect next adventure. So after graduation, they packed up their cars and drove out to Austin with their pitbull puppy, Nala. On a mission to "keep Austin weird", you can only imagine what Rose and Ari have gotten into. The years flew by with kayak expeditions with Nala, so many breakfast tacos, and spur of the moment backpacking trips! The 6th-grade BFFs, Prom King and Queen, and self-proclaimed Austin hippies decided to keep the adventure going and make it official!
