Updated 11/15- San Antonio and local Covid numbers are rated low and improving. Due to weather, event might be indoors. In addition, we would encourage all guests to vaccinate and follow CDC guidelines. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask- sounds great!
Rex is a million years old and the logistics for him are not possible. Logistics for Clementine are TBD.
Updated 11/15- San Antonio is experiencing a bit of a cold chill, so day temps are in the 50s. Final call on location of ceremony and reception at the venue will occur 11/18 (inside vs outside). November in San Antonio area during the day will be about low to mid 70s and then night will be a little cool. The venue will have heating lamps and a outdoor fireplace to light for guests to be comfortable. Our vendors who have been there during November tell us they felt great! Maybe even too warm from the heat lamps and dancing!
We will be having a brisket carving board, cheese tortellini, and herb chicken for main course. Then steamed veggies and mashed potatoes for sides. However, that's not all! Eric always has a night snack with Rex so have to have a night snack in honor of their special bond. Remember to indicate food allergies on your RSVP card.
There will be lawn games available during the reception: corn hole, life size connect 4, etc. We will also not be playing music with explicit lyrics. See previous question regarding food options (herb chicken, cheese tortellini). We do have complete access of the ranch venue so lots of room to play outside.
