A popular brewery in Charleston that is north of downtown, but worth the drive! Our favorite drink is "Something Cold"
This is our favorite barbecue, we highly recommend the brisket and mac and cheese! This is a place you should try a bit of everything if possible. This is located north of downtown and can easily be paired with a visit to Edmund's Oast Brewing Co. Lewis BBQ also has a location in Greenville, SC which is our go to spot to take visitors!
We went on a date to The Charleston Crab House the first time we visited Charleston together where we sat on the rooftop and enjoyed a glass of wine and some fresh seafood. This is a special place to us and conveniently located in the heart of downtown (right next door to our welcome party!)
A historic market in the heart of downtown Charleston. Visit to see local vendors every day from 9:30am-5:30pm
Rainbow Row is a historic landmark located in historic downtown Charleston. These colorful houses are a well known attraction for visitors. We love this area of Charleston and highly recommend pairing this with a walk through The Battery and White Point Garden which is half a mile south of the houses.
The Charleston farmers market is right downtown in Marion square every Saturday from April - November
