Below are the travel details to get to the beautiful island of Folegandros, Greece. You have to take a ferry to get to the island. Make sure to book your ferry in advance! There is a fast ferry (more like a cruise ship) and a slow ferry (smaller boat). Book what works best for you! When booking a hotel make sure to book in the "Chora" (sometimes spelled "Hora") area of Folegandros. This is the downtown area of the island. Staying in this area means you will be close to all wedding guests and can easily get to all wedding events. There is only one taxi on the island, so better to be in walking distance. Regarding hotel bookings. Many of the hotels do not open up their reservations for Summer 2026 until October 2025. When booking a hotel it's best to contact the hotel directly. We have listed hotels that come recommended below.

Flight

Fly into Santorini or Athens Airport

We recommend that you arrive in Santorini or Athens by either the night of Tuesday, June 23 or early morning on Wednesday, June 24. If you plan on attending the boat party on Friday, June 26, we recommend you leave Santorini or Athens no earlier than the evening of Saturday, June 27.
