7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Dress beach chic (think chino shorts & shirts for guys, maxi dress & sun dress for gals). We will be taking a bus to the dinner spot.
We will all meet at Chora Bus Station at 6:30 pm to ride to the restaurant (we have chartered a bus). It will take about 15 minutes to get there. There will be a local souvlaki dinner with food and drinks. Can't wait for our friends and family coming from all over the world to meet! All kids welcome.
Thu, Jun 25, 2026, 5:00 pm - Fri, Jun 26, 2026, 2:00 am
Dress code is Greek formal (think linen suits, flowy dresses, jumpsuits - anything festive to be worn in warm weather). The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. We love you all your kids, but for the wedding day would like it to be just kids 10+. Kids are welcome to join in on the other two days events.
Procession to Church of Panagia The festivities will start approximately at 5 pm with everyone walking up to the church. The walk is uphill and in the sun. Whilst it's evening and will be cooler, we'd suggest you wear comfortable shoes, light, airy clothes, & sunglasses. We will be providing hand fans but bring anything else you need to stay cool. We'll be accompanied by Greek musicians and donkeys with cool drinks waiting for us at the top. Ceremony The Ceremony will take place outside the Church of Panagia. Don't worry, seating will be provided! After the ceremony there will be drinks and we will take photos with family & friends. Reception After the ceremony, we'll all head town to the reception, which will be outdoors in one of the town squares of Chora, Folegandros. There will be dinner, drinks, speeches, and then dancing. A midnight souvlaki snack will be served.
2:45 pm - 7:00 pm
Dress for a boat beach day. Bathing suit, sunnies, and lots of sunscreen. All kids welcome.
We will be touring the surrounding beaches and waters of Folegandros. There will be swimming and sunning. A vegetarian lunch will be provided. The boat will get back after the last ferry leaves Folegandros. If you join the boat it means you are planning to spend the night in Folegandros the evening of Friday, June 26.
