Travel

We're so excited to welcome everyone to New Orleans next April - please free to reach out to us directly with any questions or for specific suggestions! We have secured a hotel block at the New Orleans Marriott. For those looking for something different, we've prepared a list of other recommended hotels in addition to basic travel information.

Flight

Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY)

Louis Armstrong International Airport is located approximately 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans and is serviced by taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Travel Note

Transportation

While there are many options for car rentals, we recommend you Uber or Lyft during your stay in New Orleans as parking can be challenging.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

If you are looking for group accommodations or prefer to stay in a more residential neighborhood we suggest looking for short-term rentals in the Bywater, the Irish Channel, the Garden District, or Bayou St. John. Please note that short-term rentals are not available in the French Quarter.

Hotel

New Orleans Marriott

555 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

The Marriott is conveniently located on Canal Street, offering easy access to all the French Quarter has to offer! A room block is available at the Marriott through March 21, 2025. Please reference the Haug-DeGiulio wedding when booking.

Hotel

The Windsor Court

300 Gravier Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

Mick Jagger's New Orleans hotel of choice, The Windsor Court is a relaxing escape on the edge of the French Quarter. The Polo Club is always a great time.

Hotel

The Roosevelt

130 Roosevelt Way, New Orleans, LA 70112

Built in 1893 and located just across Canal Street from the French Quarter, The Roosevelt is one of the prettiest hotels in the city. The Roosevelt's world-famous Sazerac Bar is a favorite of visitors and locals alike.

Hotel

Virgin Hotels New Orleans

550 Baronne Street, New Orleans, LA 70113

The Virgin Hotel boasts a funky aesthetic, rooftop pool, and proximity to great bars and restaurants in the CBD and the Warehouse District.

Hotel

The Chloe

4125 Saint Charles Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70115

If you'd rather be Uptown, The Chloe is a delightful, 14-room boutique hotel on St. Charles Avenue with a great bar and restaurant.

Travel Note

French Quarter Fest

The Omni Royal New Orleans and the Royal Sonesta New Orleans both typically host French Quarter Fest stages - we suggest avoiding these options if you prefer not to be in the thick of the festival crowds.

For all the days along the way
