What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive at the church by 2:00pm to allow time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins.

Where should I park for the church ceremony?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the same block as the church. The entrance is on New Street. The parking lot is for the YMCA but the church uses it for weekend services. If that lot is full, there is a parking lot for the White Plains Mall and another for the White Plains Train Station that are also nearby.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire.

Can I bring a date?

Please know that we have a strict guest list requirement to abide by due to Covid-19. Your invitation will specify who is invited.

Are kids welcome?

Children under 3 years of age are welcome.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a room block at Sonesta White Plains Downtown. The two hotels closest to the reception are The Residence Inn by Marriott New Rochelle and the Radisson Hotel New Rochelle, but we do not have a room block at either.

Will there be transportation between Sonesta Hotel and the Davenport?

Answer

Yes, there will be two coach buses available. The buses will leave Sonesta Hotel at 6pm from the back entrance, lower level on Paulding Street. Departure from the Davenport back to the hotel will be at 11:30pm.

Is a negative Covid test or proof of vaccination required?

No, this is no longer required.

Are masks required?

Answer

Per CDC and NYS guidelines, masks are no longer required, but please feel free to do what makes you most comfortable.
