Jennica & Rory stumbled into each others lives at Binghamton University in the fall of 2010. They first met in their friends' suite and had their first date shortly after where they baked chocolate chips cookies and watched the Notebook (definitely Rory's idea). Rory graduated and left Binghamton in 2012 and Jennica continued onto graduate school...they survived three years of long distance! Pixie secured an apartment for the three of them in Harrison, NY in the fall of 2015 and then she found them their first house in 2018. Rory proposed to Jennica at Acadia National Park during the summer of 2019 with their trusty rescue, Zoe, by their sides. They planned for a short engagement with a wedding to follow the very next summer on the wedding day that both their parents share, July 10th. Due to the adoption of Zoe's new friend Scout in 2020, they decided to extend their engagement until July 10th, 2021. The change of date certainly had nothing to do with a global pandemic and Scout most definitely was not a wedding postponement puppy.. Jennica and Rory are so very excited to share their special day with all of their friends and family, whether it be in person or virtual, and are looking forward to a life-long love even more!
