When should I RSVP by?

Invitations will be sent out with more information. Please RSVP no later than August 15, 2026 once you receive your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would prefer our guest wear semi-formal or cocktail attire while acknowledging this is an outdoor event. The ceremony will take place on a lawn (proper footwear like block heels, wedges, platforms, boots, or stylish flats/sandals is encouraged!)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at each location. The ceremony will take place on the Lodge Lawn at Pole Creek Ranch with the reception to follow at Elkatraz at Pole Creek Ranch (0.4 mile drive or walk from the ceremony site).

There are plenty of VRBO and hotel options in Sisters as well as Bend. Please see the "Travel" page for recommendations on the nearest lodging from the venue.
