Please put your health + safety first if you choose to consume any alcoholic beverages. IMPORTANT: Outside alcohol & other substances aren't permitted at the Spencer Country Inn...we trust that you'll respect this policy, otherwise, you'll be asked to leave. Their substance policy applies to all forms of marijuana - while legal in MA, it's not permitted by our venue due to the historic nature of this beautiful, family-owned & operated establishment. **Note: Uber/Lyft do support Spencer - we suggest booking your ride home ahead.**

Children under 16

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrange for childcare for any children under age 16, unless your child has a role in the ceremony or reception. (In respect for everyone, we're unable to make exceptions.)

If you'll be celebrating with us from out of town, we'd suggest staying with: -Sturbridge Host Hotel (Sturbridge, MA) -AC Hotel Worcester (Worcester, MA) -Budget Option: Classic Suites & Inns (West Boylston, MA) (We've already filled all available rooms at The Spencer Country Inn.)

Can I take pics at ceremony? | Not Permitted

Answer

Photos are not permitted during the wedding ceremony both due to policy of our photographer and the religious sanctity of our union together in God. Please silence your phone and have it tucked away...we'll gladly share photos of this special moment with you afterward, so you can soak in the IRL moment.

Can I bring guest(s)? | See Invite

Answer

Please refer to the formal invitation for the answer to this question. Those will be mailed in 2025. (If the address on your Save-the-Date included both you and your partner's names, they will definitely be included on our guest list.) **Those under age 18 will not have a guest attendee option.**

Wedding Party Transportation

Answer

We don't have plans for a limo, so please arrange for your own transportation, or coordinate with a fellow member of the wedding party. Parking at Church: Free | Lot behind the church. Parking at Spencer Country Inn: Free | Lot at Inn.
