I never got my invitation in the mail, what do I do?

Answer

We opted to save some trees and went paperless for RSVPs and wedding information. Please enjoy our website; we worked hard to make sure everything you need to know is readily available. Where do I park my car?

Answer

Please find parking at the Brazillian Room, our reception venue in Tilden Park. Shuttles will be there waiting for you until 2pm to take you to the ceremony. Find a buddy, carpooling is strongly encouraged. Need help? Let us know and we’ll be happy to find you a wedding day travel friend.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Up to you! Depends on what events you would like to attend over the course of the weekend and how you plan to get there. We have put together some suggestions and made arrangments for hotel blocks at several places - you can see them all on our Travel page. If you are getting an Airbnb, we suggest you stay in the middle of the peninsula; Redwood City, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, and Mountain View are all great options in-between our home in Campbell and the wedding in Berkeley. If you are coming for the whole weekend, you might want to think about getting a room in Mountain View area for Saturday and Sunday and setting up accommodations for yourself in Berkeley or Emeryville the night of the wedding.

How should I plan to get around?

Answer

Because we love the Bay Area, you might think of our wedding weekend as a tour of the peninsula. With the wedding in Berkeley and other wedding events leading up to the day in Mountain View and Campbell (about an hour apart, give or take), you may want a rental car unless you are very savvy with new and not so robust public transit systems. We've set up some discounts with the Enterprise branches near the airports for your convenience. See our Travel page for more info and let us know if there are any questions.

Will there be shuttles from the hotels to the wedding?

Answer

The only shuttles available will be from the reception venue to the ceremony venue and back. We timed our wedding out perfectly to make sure our guests would miss getting caught up in Bay Area traffic. If you are thinking about a rental car please see our Travel page for details on discounts with Enterprise by the airports.

Can I bring a plus one/my kids?

Answer

Unfortunately, if the name wasn't on your Save-the-Date envelope, we won't be able to accommodate extra guests. We love your kids and your friends but space is limited. Thanks for understanding.

I have allergies/dietary restrictions; can you accommodate?

Answer

Of course! When you RSVP you will see an answer box for this exact question next to the reception RSVP. Please be sure to give us all the information we need to make sure we have yummy food for you.

Question

Can I bring my own booze to the party?

Answer

No. We have strict rules at both the ceremony and reception venue stating we may NOT have any drinks other then what has been provided for you. Don't worry, we've got it covered!

Will Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson be in attendance?

Answer

We haven't heard back from him yet but we're crossing our fingers.
