No but here are some beach wedding attire tips: Women Light fabrics that do not cling to the body are best. Materials like linen, chiffon, organza, and even cotton blends or lace are light but can still look luxurious. There is nothing worse than sweat marks on the back and front of a gown. Men Guys, you should consider wearing linen pants and a linen button down shirt. If you want to wear a suit, wear something lightweight like cotton or a linen suit that is loose fitting and comfortable while still remaining semi-formal. Remember look YOUR best you will be photographed

Upon arrival in Mexico, you will receive a tourist card, (don't loose it) which you return when you leave the country. Although Puerto Vallarta accepts US and Canadian currency, prices are listed in pesos. Since the exchange rate may not be in your favor, plan to bring a credit card that allows withdrawals from international ATMs. Few merchants accept traveler’s checks, and only hotels and large stores and restaurants accept credit cards. Bring less than $300 cash with you, since customs charges a fee for anything over that amount.
Puerto Vallarta is on the Pacific coast of Mexico, the climate is tropical, Shorts and T-shirts are the norm in Puerto Vallarta, so pack light, casual clothes. In the evening, the dress code at upscale restaurants and events is generally casual pants for men and dressy sundresses for women. You may want to pack a pair of dress shoes, since some clubs do not allow sandals. Also pack plenty of swimsuits, cover-ups and sun hats. A light jacket may be handy from mid-June through September, since rain showers are common in the afternoon
Mexico operates on a 110-volt, 60Hz current, so an electrical adapter is not necessary. However, electrical outlets in Puerto Vallarta are two prong, so an adapter may be needed for three-prong appliances.
Activities are available at Las Caletas and Puerto Vallarta, please check out our activity tab for prices and ideas.
