See you in Mexico!

We met at a school event and didn’t think much of it. A few weeks later we ran into each other at school and he offered tutoring sessions for my final exam for culinary class, as he walked me to my car we set up a date. Throughout the rest of the semester we became good friends, having lunch and movies together every day that summer we both knew it was only a matter of time. We harmonized by accident. That’s pretty much when we thought, “Okay., this could be something new”

After a few years being together, we took a life changing decision. Ron decided to join the Air force and I stayed behind in Las Vegas to finish school. Though we were moving miles across from each other (Ron to SF and Cindy to LV), we knew we had to work to maintain a long distance relationship. But just a few days before our six year anniversary, Ron secretly planned to fly to Las Vegas a few days earlier and with the help from my best friends (Yvette, Tanya & Cheryl who they kept the secret very very well) they planned the proposal. A day before our anniversary as I walked inside my house, all I see is Ron, Standing with flowers as he began the speech he had prepared for months, he drop into one knee and ask me to married him. My heart fell to the ground, I just couldn't believe he was here and the moment that I have waited for years it was finally happening, it was just perfect, and from there on our new adventure began.
