As of right now, due to COVID19... we are extremely limited with the amount of guests we are allowed to have. We are hopeful this will change before May. We have and will continue to speak with families regarding children and many factors will be considered regarding children in attendance. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have.
Yes. Parking will be on site and there is no charge.
No. However; should you choose to indulge, we ask that you do so responsibly. If you find yourself unable to drive, Uber, Lyft and local taxis are available. Also, we would love for everyone to get to know one another and consider carpooling to and from the hotel.

We have done our very best to have many offerings that can satisfy an array of dietary needs and restrictions. Due to state licensing as well as the venue’s specific licensing, there is a strict NO outside foo policy. We will be meeting with our chef to offer alternative options. Please reach out to Ron or Amanda directly and ASAP should you or your child have any food allergies that need to be accommodated so that we can best provide for your needs.
Our ceremony will be held outside in the garden at The Grand Manor and the cocktail reception and reception will be indoors.
As you know, the bride and groom will be very overwhelmed and not able to accommodate phone calls from all guests. We have appointed 2 dear friends to be our coordinators. If you are a guest of the groom, you will contact Debbie Lamb, if you are a guest of the bride, you will contact Janice Sydow. Their information will be provided to you at a later date.
Masks will not be required at our wedding. We want each person to make a choice based on how they feel individually. You are welcome to wear one if you wish, but no masks will be provided. We do ask that if you or any member of your party have been exposed or experience symptoms of COVID-19 or other contagious illness, that weekend that you please refrain from attending. Please let us know in advance as well so that we can have an appropriate count. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.
This is a simple no. There is not space at the venue for social distancing. We want everyone to have fun, embrace each other and have a great time with us as we celebrate our nuptials. This will be a weekend of fun, togetherness and positivity.
For the welcome party and brunch, please dress comfortably and as you wish. Shorts, flip flops and denim are welcomed. For the ceremony and reception, this a garden and and cocktail attire event. We encourage sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, polos, khakis, and fun hats and fascinators. We ask that you refrain from wearing any denim, cargo shorts and pants and flip flops. It is the end of May in Florida, please keep that in your mind as you choose attire. Also, should you choose a hat or fascinator, there are many guests who want to see...please don't let your hat or wardrobe obstruct the view of those around you. Thank you for your understanding.
