Only 1 week after hanging out for the first time, Corey woke up on Christmas Eve and said to me, “Oh yeah, we have Christmas at my dad’s today. Wanna go?” Bold move but I guess he was onto something!

Too funny not to share! Corey and I were in the same homeroom my freshman year of high school! Though he’s a year older than me, he had failed gym class the previous year and this was his punishment!

The engagement!! Corey & my family did an amazing job of secretly planning the whole thing and surprising me while we were on vacation in the Outer Banks.

Our princess, Nala! She adores every human, toy, and food item she meets, but sadly she won’t be in attendance for the big day. Be sure to look for little homages to her throughout the venue though!
