Please arrive at the ceremony beginning at 4:00 PM. The ceremony itself will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.

The dress code is cocktail attire (semi-formal). It is undoubtedly going to be hot, so be sure to dress for the weather! No jeans please!
Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Guests who may bring a plus one will have the words "& Guest" noted on the invitation. Please be sure to include the full names of everyone who will be attending on the RSVP card.
Although we love your little ones, we are asking that guests refrain from bringing them along unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much-deserved night off for parents!!
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be held on-site at the Historic Acres of Hershey venue. You will enter the venue off of Old Hershey Road and follow the lane to the main parking area. This is a large lot that can accommodate everyone and then some! At the end of the night you will exit the parking lot onto Elizabethtown Road. Per venue rules, you may leave your vehicle in this parking lot overnight, but the vehicle must be picked up by noon the following day.
Per venue rules, smoking is permitted in any of the designated outdoor areas where ashtrays are located. Smoking is not allowed inside. With that being said, feel free to bring your favorite cigars to puff on around the fire pit or while playing cornhole!
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outside, weather permitting! This will be followed by an indoor reception. In the event of rain, everything will be moved inside.
There will be an open bar! We are planning on having a few different varieties of beer and liquor, plus a seltzer and a wine. We hope to see you grab a drink and hit the dance floor!!
