Question
How should we carpool to the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request that you carpool to the ceremony due to very limited parking. Feel free to contact Brooke or Chris if you'd like help coordinating a carpool. You can easily meet up with your carpool group at one of the designated spots and retrieve your cars after the ceremony to head to the reception. Designated Spot 1 - Home Depot Parking Lot (4277 S Eldridge St, Morrison, CO 80465) Designated Spot 2 - West Trailhead (21074 Mt. Falcon Rd, Indian Hills, CO 80454) Note: The West Trailhead will have limited parking on a Saturday so the Home Depot parking lot is a safer bet.

Where should I park?
Answer
For the ceremony, there will be parking attendants directing you where to park. Some will park on the grassy hill right by the ceremony site while others will park further up on the dirt road. For the reception, we recommend parking in the Lower Parking lot because it is a more direct walk to the cocktail hour. If the Lower Parking lot is full, you can also park in the Upper Parking lot.

Can I just Uber/Lyft to the ceremony?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to the ceremony's remote location, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are unavailable.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask guests to wear suits, cocktail dresses, or gowns. We also encourage guests to wear comfortable shoes because there will be some walking on rough, uneven, and uphill terrain at the ceremony site. Avoid heels for the ceremony if possible!

Are children or plus ones allowed?
Answer
Due to capacity constraints, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation. However, you are allowed to bring a child under 2. If you plan on bringing your baby, please let Brooke or Chris know so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive no later than 2:00 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:15 pm. Please allow plenty of extra time because the parking situation will take longer than you think. A car arriving late would be distracting during the ceremony because it is a one-way, dirt road adjacent to the ceremony location.

Will there be a bathroom at the ceremony site?
Answer
There will be a porta-potty with hand sanitizer available at the ceremony site. The reception will have normal bathrooms with a sink.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors.

What weather should I be prepared for?
Answer
We recommend you looking at the weather for "Mt. Falcon Park" or "Indian Hills, CO" a week ahead to plan for what you will need. The ceremony will take place outside and it is uncovered. Guests might be looking into the sun during the ceremony so we recommend sunglasses and sunscreen.
