Question

Can I bring my kids? Do I get a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate our big day with everyone, we do have an age limit, kindly requesting that no children under the age of 13 can attend the reception. To know if you've been giving a plus one, we have distributed invitations as follows: For plus one's, if your wedding invitation says, "Mary Jane Schmo & GUEST", you're allotted a plus one. If your invitation says "Mary Jane Schmo", you do not have a plus one for the wedding. We hope that all friends and family understand and join us for a fun evening!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at 4:30 PM at the Indian Trail Club in Franklin Lakes. The shuttle will be taking guests from the hotel to the venue starting at 3:30PM. Please plan accordingly.

What if I arrive early to the venue?

Answer

Early birds get the worm! And in this case, that means you get to enjoy the early open bar that will be available before the ceremony begins. Enjoy a drink before the bride walks down the aisle!

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guests will be able to take advantage of the shuttle that will be bringing guests to the venue starting at 3:30PM and will be bringing guests back to the hotel from the venue beginning at 10:00PM. For those not staying at the hotel, the venue has free parking available in the main lot. Please drive responsibly.

Formal attire is requested.

What does the wedding timeline look like?

Answer

We have a section on our website (see Big Day Timeline) for what to expect for our wedding weekend. You'll be able to add each activity to your calendar.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside behind the venue, in front of the lake. Following the vows, the cocktail hour will begin inside, and you are welcome to enjoy the fresh air as you please throughout the remainder of the evening between the cocktail hour and reception. *Should we get weather, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place inside.*

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Not a problem! We've included a section within your invitation to fill out if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies the venue should be aware of.

There isn't one! Rachel works in social media full time; she doesn't need to social strategize her wedding day!

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes. The hotel details are available under the Accommodations tab on our website. Please use our block code GRAMUGLIA/ROMANO to book your hotel room for the reduced rate.

What's the best way to RSVP? When's the deadline?

Answer

The best way to RSVP is by RSVP-ing directly here on our wedding website when the RSVP tab becomes available. Upon receiving your invitations, you can enter our website URL or scan the QR code to RSVP. It will bring you directly to that section of the website for you to RSVP yourself/family/guests. For guests who may not be too tech-savy, we see you - please reach out to the bride and groom directly if you're having issues.

I'm visiting from out of town? What can I do while I'm in for the wedding weekend?

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

If you're able to send your gift ahead of the big weekend, please visit our Registry tab for more info! There will be a table for guests bringing cards.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

The reception will be ending at 10:30PM, with the shuttles starting service around 10:00PM. There is not a formal after-party, we're just planning to go with the flow!

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

While COVID is still a looming factor, we're enforcing the old-school rule: we ask that guests only attend if you're feeling 100% and please stay home if you're not.
