It's very easy to get from FCO to Centro Storico. **Official Taxi** Take only the white city taxis with the “Roma Capitale” crest and license number on the doors. Say “Centro Storico” or give your hotel’s street; the price is a fixed €55 per car (up to 4 people, bags included). The fare is set by the city—no surcharges, no bargaining. Pay cash or card (most cabs accept cards, but ask before you hop in). Ride time: 40-50 min depending on traffic. **Leonardo Express Train** Inside the terminal, follow the “Trains/Railway” signs (about a 7 minute indoor walk). Buy a ticket at the Trenitalia machines or desk or book in advance. €14 one way; groups of 4 can use the “Mini group” deal (€40 total). It's very easy! Trains leave every 15 min and take 32 min to Roma Termini (the main station). From Termini you can: Grab a taxi. Or hop on Metro Line A to Spagna or Barberini. Or arrange hotel pickup at Termini if you have lots of luggage. This the fastest option in rush hour **Uber** Open the Uber app & set your destination; wait time is usually 5 10 min. Meet your driver at the dedicated Ride Share pick up area outside Terminal 3 (the app will guide you). 45-60 min to the historic center.
