Man of Honor
from Elitsa’s weird friend to Eva’s biggest supporter and voice of reason, David and Eva have come a long way since their 2007 AOL’s days. David’s part of her family, and there is no one else that Eva would want standing by her side when she marries Kyle. David and Eva have a shared love of baseball, sporting events, bashing a certain Midwest town and professor, arepas and Tim Hortons. Whenever they are in town together, your best bet to find them is at the local sporting event or grabbing coffee somewhere off the beaten path.
Best Man
Kyle met Tyler back when they were in the 6th grade. To be fair, Kyle thought Tyler was the coolest dude cause he had a full on mustache at that age. After hanging out, they realized they were most likely penpals in elementary school and two of the only Denver sports fans in central Pennsylvania. Since, they have been best friends, helping one another through the best and worst of times. There is no other person more worthy to be the best man
Bridesmaid
Sol was Eva’s annoying little cousin that has grown to be an essential part of her life. They have battled together and separate to find their happy ending; there is a lot that can be said but just know that these two are sisters through and through. Sol’s recent move to Colorado was one of those incredibly perfectly happy moments for Eva and she is so excited to share her day with Sol by her side.
Groomsman
Kyle met Damz back in college at Slippery Rock. They bonded over UK music and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (that North Hall squad is legend). Dami is over in England now and him and Kyle haven't seen each other in the better part of a decade. Although they are a pond apart, Dami is someone that is a massively valued friend. We have helped each other through time tough times and can't wait to have Dami back in the states
Bridesmaid
Whenever you see Mary, please say thank you. She is the reason Eva kept her sanity during some really interesting years. Mary and Eva started working together in early 2017 and I don’t know if it was the fact that they both were the ‘new kids’ on the building but they bonded, became work wives and now even thru their own work divorce stay close and love any chance they get to work and hang out together.
Groomsman
Milan met Kyle since they both were asked if they had a brother in the PE program at Slippery Rock. Eventually they met in a class and realized they were living down the hall from each other in North Hall. Immediately bonded over Lil Wayne, teaching, beer, and hockey. Kyle has spend the New Years with the Kiskas each year for about a decade now and considers his family a second family. From swindling people at parties to think we were twins to tackling our 30s there is no more chill friend than Milan
Bridesmaid
Julia and Eva go back to their sorority days; and so funny story, Eva did not know Julia spoke Spanish until Eva was on the phone with her mom trying to get her to come pick her up and Julia responded offering a ride, which Eva was very confused because she was speaking in Spanish (like the really fast Venezuelan slang Spanish) to her mom. Thus, here began a friendship bond that is way deeper than you think just looking at them. While they have always lived far from each other, their connection is strong and Eva cannot picture her wedding day without Julie by her side.
Groomsman
Swifty is Kyle newest friend in his inner circle meeting each other while Kyle first moved to Colorado. When you teach right beside each other and bond over sports, music, beer, and Dougs Diner it was obvious the Cory was going to be a lifelong friend of Kyles. Although, Kyle has moved out of the teaching world, Swifty and Mainzzy remain great friends and will hit up sporting events together, hammer a cold one, or enjoy some Dougs bacon on a Sunday morning.
