Question

When should I RSVP by? (Cuando debo confirmar mi asistencia?)

Answer

In order to meet our venue and caterer's guidelines we need RSVP's completed my May 10, 2022. If you are within a week past the deadlines, feel free to call Eva and/or Kyle. Para poder planificar acorde las reglas de nuestro salon de fiestas, pedimos que por favor confirmen su asistencia antes de Mayo 10, 2022.

Question

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online? (Puedo Confirmar por internet o debo mandar la tarjeta por correo?)

Answer

We have opted for an online RSVP and as such no mailing back is necessary. Use this website, top menu bar to navigate to the RSVP site; or feel free to email Eva and/or Kyle as soon as you can if you have any questions. We would like all RSVP's back by May 10th so that we can plan accordingly Nada que mandar de regreso, usa la pagina web (RSVP) y podras confirmar tu asistencia, asegurate que tengamos tu informacion antes de Mayo 10, 2022

What should I do if I can’t make it? (Que pasa si no puedo asistir?)

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly Te extrañaremos, pero pedimos que por favor nos dejes saber lo antes posible para poder planificar.

Can I bring a date? (Puedo traer a alguien mas?)

Answer

If your invitation is addressed as such. Otherwise we are sorry but no, we will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Para poder mantener la intimidad de nuestro evento, solo las personas mencionadas en tu invitacion estan invitadas y contadas en nuestros numeros. Por favor pedimos que cualquier otra persona que quieres traer, la dejes en casa.

Are kids welcome? (Va a haber niños?)

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Solo aquellos mencionados en la invitacion.

Where will the ceremony be taking place? Will it be a religious service? (Donde va a ser la ceremonia? Es religiosa?)

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors, weather permitting; and this will be a secular service. We welcome all faiths. La ceremonia va tomar lugar al aire libre en el mismo sitio de la recepcion, y no va a ser una ceremonia religiosa.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony? (A que hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?)

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled Mientras entendemos que en la cultura Venezolana las bodas empiezan siempre tarde, nuestra boda esta pautada para empezar a la hora en la invitacion y recomendamos que llegues entre 15-20 minutos antes de la hora para que los eventos puedan comenzar a tiempo.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is all in one floor. Please note that there might be steps and floor irregularities when transitioning between spaces.

Is there a dress code? ( Va haber codigo de vestido?)

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Semi-Formal means for the ladies; shorter hemlines, bold prints, or elevated separates like a festive top paired with tailored dress pants. And for the men, this is NOT the time for tuxedos instead, focus on matching a suit jacket or a blazer to dress pants. We kindly request NO JEANS or flip-flops for either gender. Pedimos que nuestros invitados vengan vestidos para cocktail o semi formal. No jeans y ni chanclas para nadie

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Please note that weather in Colorado can be a bit unpredictable, and we do have a lot of summer storms so we will try our best to keep everyone updated. Also, make sure you are not dressed in white/ivory/champagne.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request? (Si soy alergico(a) a comida puedo pedir algo especial?)

Answer

Yes, please fill out the RSVP form with that information, and know that while we will do our best to accommodate food allergies but it might not be entirely possible. Si, por favor dejanos saber si tienes alguna alergia y trataremos de conseguir una alternativa en lo posible.

Do you have any hotel recommendations? (Donde nos podemos quedar?)

Answer

Yes, we have a courtesy room block at the Best Western in Loveland, as that provides a great value and its centrally located to all of the Front Range tourism options. Please visit the travel section for more information. Hemos conseguido un descuento para nuestros invitados en un hotel cercano. Revisa la pagina de Travel para mas informacion.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? (Va a haber transporte del hotel a el evento?)

Answer

We are currently working on options for this, stay tuned. But know that Uber and Lyft do work in Greeley! Estamos investigando más la situación y proveeremos mas información cuando la fecha este un poco más cerca. Uber y Lyft funcionan en Greeley y son una opcion si no quieres manejar.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception? (Hay estacionamiento cerca?)

Answer

Yes, our venue accommodates parking across the street at the local church, there will be some signage available the day of the wedding. This is free parking. Si, el estacionamiento va a ser al otro lado de la calle de nuestro salon de fiesta en la iglesia. Va a ser gratis y sera señalizado el dia del evento.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding? (Que otros eventos debo asistir o participar aparte de la boda?)

We are currently working on all the events/details for our wedding, any event we add will be published in our website for your information and added to the invitation. Estamos todavia planificando y cualquier evento en que tu asistencia sea neceseria se comunicara con tu invitacion y en la pagina web.

Is there a wedding hashtag? (Tienes hashtaga para publicar en las redes sociales?)

Answer

Yes, we look forward to seeing everyone's pictures after the event. Our wedding hashtag will be posted in the reception venue and homepage of the site, too. The hashtag is #everyoneRoMainescalm Si, usa #everyoneRoMainescalm para publicar cualquier foto que tomes

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media? (Podemos tomar fotos y publicarlas en social media ?)

Answer

Yes, we encourage you to use our wedding hashtag or tag us in them so we can enjoy the pictures after the event. Si, y te invitamos a que uses nuestro hashtag y nos etiquetes en las fotos para nosotros disfrutarlas después del evento.

Are you registered? Where? (Como es la cuestion de los regalos?)

Answer

While we have most everything we need to start this chapter together, and your presence is gift enough we have registered with Zola and Amazon. You can find the link to it on the top bar of this website. Mientras no necesitamos mucho para empezar esta nueva etapa, y estamos más que felices con que el regalo sea su presencia, nos hemos registrado en Amazon y Zola. What happens after the ceremony? (Que pasa despues de la ceremonia?)

Answer

We party! :) The Wedding party and family will be taking pictures for about 30-45 minutes, but we encourage our guests to participate in the cocktail hour and mingle. Festejamos! Los novios y sus familas van a estar tomandose fotos por aproximadamente 30-45 minutes pero invitamos a que participen en la hora de cocktail y socialicen con los demas invitados..

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir? (Nos Podemos llevar los centros de mesa a casa?)

Answer

While we understand that this a Venezuelan tradition, we kindly request you do not take the centerpieces home with you. Mientras entendemos que esta es una tradición Venezolana, pedimos que por favor no se lleven los centros de mesa a casa ya que son una colección de objetos de los novios y su familia y no para regalo.

Will there be dancing/entertainment? (Va a haber musica y entretenimiento?)

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose Una buena fiesta sin musica no existe :). Hemos contratado un DJ para ayudarnos a mantener la energia y poder bailar a nuestras canciones y generos favoritos.

Answer

Shoot Eva/Kyle a text or email. If this question, if within 72 hours of the wedding, please double check the site for the information and if you still need assistance shoot a text to the bridal party and someone will TRY to get back to you. Escribenos por mensaje (texto/facebook) o por email y te trataremos de constestar lo antes posible. Si es muy cercana a la fecha/hora de la boda, por favor trata de contactar a un miembro del cortejo primero y ellos trataran de contestar tu pregunta.
