Welcome dinner

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dressy Casual - Think a nice top or sundress for women, and a polo or button-down with khakis for men. Aim for stylish and put together.

This is an optional event to provide dinner to everyone traveling in. It will be at the Lansdowne resort and you are welcome to attend dinner whether you are staying there or not. Dinner will be buffet style starting at 6pm, so you may come and go as you please. There will also be a henna station for anyone who would like to get mehendi.

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Formal Indian or Western wear (see FAQ). Please wear comfortable shoes, we advise against heels but if you'd like to wear them, please bring backup flats.

The wedding will be a mix of Hindu and non-religious practices. The ceremony will be followed by speeches before we transition into the evening's events. As the venue is a bit of a drive from the hotel (25 minutes), and the ceremony will flow directly into the reception, so we recommend a single outfit for the day. In lieu of a dance floor we will have carnival games, activities, food stations, and entertainment at the Reception. Bring your competitive spirit, as there will be raffle prizes (that don't suck) for those who win tickets at the carnival games! We will have shuttles from Landsowne resort to the Ceremony venue at Droumavalla Farms. There is also parking available if you would like to drive there.
