Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail attire. For women, that includes a knee-length or midi-length dress, dressy suit or a nice jumpsuit. For men, this attire consists of a suit and tie.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception are indoors and cocktail hour will be outside with covered patios available.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Asheville weather in September averages at a high of 76 and low of 53 so make sure to bring a light jacket or extra layer for the evenings.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has up to 70 parking spots available for those who wish to drive, but we will also be providing transportation from one (or both) of our room-blocked hotels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing shuttles to the venue from both the Element and the Renaissance and back at end of the night. We strongly recommend using our provided transportation as Uber/Lyft can be expensive and difficult to acquire.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There will be an option on your RSVP page to provide a food allergy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults only. Kick off your shoes and enjoy a relaxing kid-free evening with us!

Can I take my own photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards.
