Welcome Party

Join us in downtown Asheville for a welcome party to kick off the weekend! We will have an open bar and desserts will be served. We hope to see you there! We do ask that you RSVP for this event, but do not feel committed to your response. We are just looking for a rough headcount.

Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Ceremony: 4:30pm - 5:00pm Cocktail Hour: 5:00pm - 6:00pm Dinner and Dancing: 6:00pm - 10:00pm We highly encourage you to use provided transportation to and from the venue; rideshare may be expensive and hard to acquire. Busses will pick up at both the Element and the Renaissance starting at 3pm. Please be on the bus no later than 3:20pm. One bus will return to each hotel at the end of the night. The Morning After

Before you head out of town, we would love to see you one last time to say good-bye and thank you for coming to celebrate our big day with us! Food will not be provided, but the restaurant at the hotel is open to the public if you would like to eat breakfast there.
