The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, but please plan accordingly to be there at 4:00PM. Our ceremony will take place on the Mountain Side. There will be a shuttle that guests will need to take from the parking to the ceremony site. The shuttle will drop guests off at the bottom of the ceremony site, however, if necessary please tell the driver you need them to drive up to the ceremony site and they will be able to do so. Since the ceremony site may not be as accessible for all guests, please don't be shy to ask for assistance. Otherwise, comfortable shoes would be suggested. Please don't be late, as the you wont be able to see the ceremony!
We have a room block with Hyatt Place Hotel with discounted rates. You can book by calling the hotel at 877-540-3719 and ask for the Rollins Goble Wedding Block. If you choose to drive to the venue, please note that you will NOT be allowed to leave your vehicle parked at the venue after our service. Please plan accordingly! There will be shuttles available to take people from the hotel to the venue between 12PM and 2PM. We will also have shuttles available to take people back to the hotel from the venue between 5PM and 11PM.
Cocktail, please! But we want you to feel comfortable, don't forget you have to dance!
Most importantly, yourself!! We will have a table for gifts/cards. Also, please note to bring your ID if you plan on drinking alcohol (it is an open bar but an ID will be required).
The first two rows on each side will be reserved for immediate family. Please sit on either side or wherever you feel comfortable, we love everybody!
