Jordan and I met through mutual friends at a party on some summer night in 2008. I had been hearing stories about “Jordan Rolfes” for months, and my friends kept insisting that I HAD to meet “Rolfes”. When the time came, and I finally had the pleasure of meeting “Rolfes”, he was showing off on the basketball court. Later that night we were playing a game that I had never played before, that I just plain and simple wasn’t very good at. Jordan took me under his wing to teach me the game and he didn’t leave my side that entire night. That night, turned into a lifetime and little did we know that was when our forever started. Year after year as everything continued to change around us, we continued to grow together. In 2012, we welcomed our sweet baby boy, Jaxson Douglas Rolfes, into the world and he forever changed our lives. Little did we know, we were in for the most fun years yet. On February 25, 2018, Jordan got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. We knew we wanted to have a longer engagement so we could have time to prepare, but we didn't plan on waiting this long! Jordan and I planned on becoming ROLFully wedded (get it? lol) in June of 2020 but COVID-19 had other plans in store for us. Same wedding, different year. Can't wait to see you there!
