Our most frequented restaurant in town, with seasonal menus showcasing different Mexican cuisines! Delicious coffee (tres leches latte!) and margaritas (mango habanero!), salsas and guac, and AMAZING brunch and dinner options....we're salivating just writing this. And after, you can go get a brilliantly crafted cocktail at Julep, right around the corner!
It's more than just the weekly Farmer's Market! Plenty of hole-in-the-wall vendors and great coffee (Quay!), ice cream (Betty Rae's!), and brunch (Farmhouse!) a few steps away! Catch the FREE! Streetcar at Union Station and get a great tour through downtown KC and get off here! If you REALLY want to check out the Farmer's Market, it runs on Saturdays, so you could potentially check it out before our wedding!
When Thamara invited Rohit to KC for the first time ever (back in 2015!), she took him here. Whether you go inside or not, you must check out this museum! Unique sculptures on the grounds and beautiful walking trails around (get yo steps in Sunday post Indian feasts)!
A great place to get some local KC/midwest crafts, clothing, souvenirs, and food! Is it a clothing store, a gift shop, a bar, a food hall?!?!? Honestly, we just go sometimes to hang out and kill time. While you're here, check out the beautiful Country Club Plaza (you may feel like you're walking through Seville-its sister town)!
T&Ro's most frequented neighborhood. 15 minutes south of downtown, but so worth it. Home to KC Bier Co (get the MaioMai Bock-if available!), Waldo Pizza (pesto chick'n, YAS), Waldo Thai (so authentic), McLain's (our wedding cake!), Boru Ramen (slurp), and the OG Betty Rae's (get an ice cream sandwich!)!
