We became best friends, confidants, each other’s safe place. And slowly, almost imperceptibly, friendship grew into something surreal. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t planned—but it was real. The kind of love that lingers, that steadies, that grows stronger with time. Over the years, we have walked hand-in-hand through seasons of joy and storms of uncertainty. We have celebrated milestones, weathered heartbreaks, built dreams, and held space for each other’s becoming. Through it all, our love never wavered—it only deepened, rooted in understanding, patience, and a shared reverence for the journey.
